These terms govern the relationship between Exvoria ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader business operated by Michael Szafraniec (ABN 17 686 706 178), and any client ("you") who signs up for our services.
Exvoria builds and manages an AI-powered automation system for your business, typically including some combination of: review request and reply automation, missed-call text-back, an AI phone receptionist, social media content creation and scheduling, and lead-capture/booking automation — delivered through the GoHighLevel platform. The exact scope for your business is confirmed at signup.
No invoices land in your inbox to action — your card is charged automatically each month. You'll always know the date and amount in advance.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — we don't provide partial refunds for the remainder of a period already paid for. To cancel, contact us at xvoria1@gmail.com. We aim to make cancellation at least as simple as signing up was.
On cancellation, access to the automated systems built for your business ends. If you'd like to keep specific assets (such as your website or AI receptionist) running after cancelling the full service, ask us about a reduced maintenance-only fee — available on request, not automatic.
Fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable once that period has started, except where required by Australian Consumer Law — for example, if the service isn't delivered as described. Contact us directly if something's gone wrong; we'd rather resolve it than have you cancel.
To deliver the service, we typically need access to your Google Business Profile / review link, your business phone number, your logo, and access to your booking calendar. Delays in providing these, or in reviewing and approving content we prepare for you, may delay the service without extending your billing period.
Content specific to your business — your logo, your photos, the copy and posts written for your brand — belongs to you. The underlying systems, templates, automation designs, and methodology we use to build and deliver the service remain Exvoria's own intellectual property. Your subscription gives you the right to use these systems for your business for as long as you're a paying client — it doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying system to you.
We build real, working systems and put genuine effort into producing good results for your business, but we don't guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, reviews, or revenue outcome. Marketing and automation results vary by business, market, and factors outside our control.
We'll keep your business information confidential and won't share it outside what's described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep our systems, templates, and methodology confidential too, and not to copy or resell them.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits) arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients.
